Welcome to Flurf AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flurf AI browser extension (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flurf AI Extension, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree that Flurf AI may collect, use, and disclose limited information as described in our Privacy Policy to improve the Extension and provide a reliable user experience.

2. The Flurf AI Extension

Flurf AI is an AI-powered digital adoption tool designed to streamline your interaction with browser-based applications. Unlike traditional guidance tools, Flurf AI executes actions on your behalf — such as clicking, typing, navigating, or processing information — based on your natural language input (text or voice).

The Extension uses an advanced Large Language Model (LLM) to interpret your commands. Please note: your commands and relevant context may be processed by external AI services to enable accurate execution.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Extension for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Generate, share, or disseminate offensive, malicious, or misleading content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Extension.
  • Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the performance of the Extension.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Flurf AI collects only minimal data to improve functionality and stability. This may include usage statistics and crash reports. Importantly, we do not collect or store your browsing content or sensitive data from web pages.

Usage logs (such as crash data) are retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

5. Intellectual Property

The Flurf AI Extension, including its software, design, features, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Flurf AI and its licensors. No part of our trademarks, brand identity, or trade dress may be used without prior written consent from Flurf AI.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Flurf AI makes no guarantees about reliability, accuracy, or availability. While our AI is designed to provide accurate assistance, we do not warrant the precision or completeness of any actions performed or content generated. Use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flurf AI, its team members, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or profits. This includes damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Extension.
  • Unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions.
  • Third-party actions or content processed through the Extension.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in outputs generated by the AI.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Extension. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately. If you wish to discontinue, you may simply uninstall the Extension.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.

10. Changes to Terms

Flurf AI may update or revise these Terms at its discretion. If significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g., via email or extension updates) at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
